When I generate lattice files in specific ArcInfo (asc) file format under Terra Scan & Terra Model environment with Microstation V8 setup using Airborne Laser File (.*Las). The header information generated as shown below
ncols 1000
nrows 1000
xllcenter 466000.000
yllcenter 666000.000

Note:- working block size is 1000*1000,
Further the block right upper limits are: X=467000.000, Y=667000.000

But my demand is as explained below
ncols 4
nrows 3
xllcenter 0.000
yllcenter 0.000

I would like to generate the output "asc" file as requested above
Can someone help me in finding a solution for this?
Also suggest me the newly generated asc file will sit at its original location or would it fall out side
